We love the Toniebox because you can be sure that each Tonie character will enhance your child’s love of stories through hands on, screen less story telling. Designed to be highly child-led, even the smallest children will be able to choose their favourite Tonie character to place on top of their Toniebox. Each Tonie character is slightly magnetised so there’s no chance of slipping off, but the Toniebox will hold in it’s memory where you left off with the story for one hour anyway.

Mr Mole's Marvellous Ideas
There are so many ways to enhance your Tonies story telling play. Let the children listen to the story and the ask lots of questions afterwards, from simple questions that take information directly from the story to inference questions that require children to think about their options and why characters may have acted in a certain way.
Can your child draw or paint a picture of their favourite part?
Try adding the story book to your Tonies storytelling session next time you listen to a Tonie. Not only does it offer an extra dimension of learning but the children can follow the text and begin to understand that the spoken word is represented by symbols.
Larry's Learning Outcomes
There are so many benefits to the Toniebox, not only is it screen less (a reason in itself!) but storytelling is of such huge benefits t children of all ages and abilities. Storytelling can boost children’s listening skills, foster their imagination, enhance their communication skills and even improve children’s memory. We could give you even more reasons, but we’d find it hard to come to an end!
