We want you to feel confident shopping with Learning Bugs. If something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Changed your mind?

You're welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

To start a return, email hey@learningbugs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return details.

Please note

  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can't refund items lost on their way back to us
  • Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item
  • Items that have been used beyond what's needed to check them may receive a reduced refund
  • If you return items more than 14 days after receiving them and your order had free delivery, we may deduct our delivery cost from your refund. This helps us keep delivery prices fair for everyone

Damaged in transit

If something arrives damaged, please email hey@learningbugs.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, so we can raise a claim with the courier. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We'll arrange a replacement, refund or credit, whichever is appropriate, and cover all associated costs.

Faulty items

If a fault appears after delivery, please contact us with your order number, a short description and photos or a video of the fault. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene items, such as teethers, dummies and bottles, once their seal or packaging has been opened

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
