Key Features
Description
A child slices through a wooden fruit with the wooden knife and sees a whole become halves, thirds, quarters and fifths. This 16 piece wooden fruit puzzle is a hands on way to meet fractions through fresh, healthy fruit, building early numerical skills and a friendly link to healthy eating. It is made for ages 18 months and over.
- 16 piece wooden fruit puzzle and a knife
- Shows wholes, halves, thirds, quarters and fifths
- Rubber wood and plywood, coloured with soft non toxic water stains
- Measures 22.5 x 22.5 x 2.1 cm
- For ages 18 months and over
The pieces are rubber wood and plywood, and the colours come from soft, non toxic water stains. As each piece is made from rubberwood, please expect minor defects. We chose it as a gentle first step into maths for the youngest learners. It pairs well with the Tender Leaf Counting Carrots, another first counting toy.
