Description

The FIPITRI is the big one. Five segments instead of four, rearranging into more than fifteen shapes, with enough room underneath and on top for two children to share.

Set it low and gentle for a twelve month old, steeper as they gain confidence, house shaped to drape a blanket over, or flat as a bridge. Add a sliding ramp for a slide down one side, or two to build a longer run. It is patented, so this configuration is genuinely Ette Tete's own rather than a copy.

Birch plywood and solid birch rods with a water based varnish, certified to EN 71 with a 50kg load, and it comes apart for storage behind a wardrobe.

Browse more climbing and active play, our wooden toy range, or the smaller MOPITRI four segment frame if space is tight.

FAQ

How is this different from the MOPITRI?

FIPITRI has five segments to MOPITRI's four, so it rearranges into more than fifteen shapes rather than ten, and there is noticeably more room both under and on top. Pick FIPITRI if you have the space or more than one child, MOPITRI if your living room is tight.

What age is it for?

From twelve months. At that stage most children pull to standing on the bottom rungs. Full climbing usually starts between eighteen months and two years, and the frame stays interesting into school age because you keep changing its shape.

Can two children use it at once?

Yes. It is certified to 50kg and the five segment layout gives more climbing surface than the smaller frames.

Do I need a ramp?

No, the frame works on its own. One ramp gives a slide on one side and a climbing surface on the other. Two let you build a longer run or bridge between sections.

How do I store it?

Unscrew the handles and threaded rods and the frame separates into sections that slide under a bed or behind a wardrobe.

Does it come assembled?

No, it arrives flat packed with printed instructions and a video guide.

Why Ette Tete

It started in a basement in Latvia. In 2016 Linda watched the children upstairs while Krišjānis built the first helper tower in the basement. Their eldest, then two, called everything "ette". Ten years on, the name stuck and so did the idea.

Bought once, not replaced twice

The cheap towers get outgrown, wobble, or end up in a garage. These adjust, convert and fold, and they hold 50kg. Most families use one piece for four years or more.
