Key Features
Description
Bedtime ends the same way most nights, with a baby laid down in the cot and the nursery light turned low. The Obaby Pocket Sprung Mattress is a cot mattress in 120 x 60cm, for a cot that takes that mattress size.
Individual pocket springs are encased in dent resistant nursery foam, and Obaby says they are there to give added support to a baby's back, neck and head during sleep. The mattress has breathable and hypoallergenic properties and is listed as suitable from birth onwards.
The cover is flat-weave microfibre, described by Obaby as soft, breathable and durable, with antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-dust mite properties. It is fully removable and washable. Obaby states that its crib, cot and cot bed mattresses are tested to BS 7177:2008+A1:2011 and BS EN16890:2017. This listing is for the mattress on its own.
