Key Features
Description
A story is finished, the lamp is dimmed, and a baby is lowered onto the mattress for the night. The Obaby Pocket Sprung Mattress is a cot bed mattress in 140 x 70cm, listed by Obaby as suitable for use with its full size cot beds.
Individual pocket springs are encased in dent resistant nursery foam, and Obaby says they are there to give added support to a baby's back, neck and head during sleep. The mattress has breathable and hypoallergenic properties and is listed as suitable from birth onwards.
The cover is flat-weave microfibre, described by Obaby as soft, breathable and durable, with antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-dust mite properties. It is fully removable and washable. Obaby states that its crib, cot and cot bed mattresses are tested to BS 7177:2008+A1:2011 and BS EN16890:2017. This listing is for the mattress on its own.
