Key Features
Description
The sheet is changed, the mobile is wound, and a baby is settled into the cot for the night. The Obaby Sprung Mattress is a cot mattress in 120 x 60cm, described by Obaby as a fit for its mini cot beds.
Inside is a high tensile coil spring unit, wrapped by strong gauze and dent resistant nursery foam. The quilted polypropylene cover has a box top design, and Obaby describes it as splash resistant, fully breathable and antibacterial. It is removable and washable. Obaby lists the mattress as suitable from birth onwards.
Obaby states that its crib, cot and cot bed mattresses are tested to BS 7177:2008+A1:2011 and BS EN16890:2017. Obaby also states that its mattresses are not chemically treated with fire-retardant additives. This listing is for the mattress on its own.
