Animal: Weasel
Key Features
Description
A slinky weasel slips between pretend trees and hedgerows while a child names it and decides where it goes next. This wooden animal is one of the Tender Leaf Woodland animal collection, hand finished in a soft watercolour stain, with a solid, chunky shape made for small hands. Open ended play like this supports imaginative storytelling and language development for children aged 3 years and over.
- One wooden weasel figure, hand finished in a soft watercolour stain
- Part of the Woodland animal collection, with 8 animals to collect
- Measures 9 x 2 x 5 cm
- Handcrafted from SVLK certified reclaimed rubberwood, finished with non toxic, water based paints
- For ages 3 years and over
Children can name the weasel, invent its world, and sort and group the collection, which builds early vocabulary and an understanding of the natural world. These wooden animal figures grow into a woodland scene one piece at a time, and the weasel sits well with the Woodland Animal Fallow Deer. The packaging is plastic free and recyclable. As each piece is made from rubberwood and finished with water based paints, please expect minor defects. Find more in the Tender Leaf collection or browse toy animals and figures.
